We believe it is important to offer a range of ways for residents to become involved so that people can choose a level of involvement that suits them. Our Resident Involvement Strategy explains how to get involved and how important the input of residents is to us as we strive to improve the service we provide.
Ways to become involved include:
- joining a residents’ association (or helping to set one up) in your area
- joining a focus group for tenants interested in a particular subject
- joining the Hastoe Hundred Club - residents who provide input and feedback on a number of policies and procedures by phone, email or in writing.
- joining a Regional Committee
- emailing us with your ideas on feedback@hastoe.com
- completing phone and postal surveys and/or questionnaires; or
- contacting us to keep us informed of activities that you want to see happening or would like help with.
