If you are a resident you can report your repair in the following ways:
Online - 24 hours
Report your repair online using the Housecall system. This helps to diagnose the repair more accurately and helps us work out what we need to do the job. To report on line please click the image below.

Appointments
We offer appointments for most types of work, Monday to Friday:
AM appointments: Between 9am and 1pm
PM appointments: Between 1pm and 5pm
Please note, we are able to accommodate appointments around the school run.
Maintenance Officer visits
We will not always be able to place an order to fix the repair directly with our contractor. Sometimes a Hastoe Maintenance Officer will need to visit your property to assess what needs to be done. If this is the case we will make an appointment with you when you report the repair.
