Recently Completed Schemes
Our Kirdford scheme comprising 16 units completed in July 2006. This scheme consists of eight flats and two bungalows for rent and six two bedroom houses for shared ownership. All properties have how been sold or let to people with local connections. The development blends effortlessly with its surroundings which has pleased locals.
We have completed four properties for rental and three properties for shared ownership sale in September 2006. This village is near the Norfolk Coast and has a good range of facilities including a bus service to Kings Lynn.
Six flats have been completed in the popular seaside resort of West Bay, Dorset.
We completed two 3 bedrrom and four 2 bedroom properties to rent in October 2006. All have now been rented to people with local connections.
