You can report a repair by the methods below. All repairs will be given a priority level and you will be told the maximum time it will take to resolve the problem. Please note that priority levels may be adjusted to customer circumstances.

The emergency service will arrange for someone to come and make safe the emergency with follow up repairs as soon as possible.
