Objectives

‘Striving for excellence’

Hastoe Housing Group’s mission is to provide good places for people to come home to. We aim to be a first-class organisation for our residents and other customers, our partners and our staff.

The Board has agreed that the group should prioritise three activities:

* Leading and influencing the sector through innovation
* Maintaining the focus on provision of new homes and services in rural communities
* Provision of the highest standard of homes and services

The Board has also agreed five key themes for the group activities:

* Innovate - we will maintain our focus on innovation in new approaches to achieve sustainable communities and sustainable construction
* Invest - we will continue to invest in communities and neighbourhoods to deliver high quality homes and services
* Implement - we will ensure that our plans for improvement in services, new business and financial capacity are achieved
* Involve - we will engage with stakeholders, in particular residents, to ensure that our plans meet the expectations of those with whom we work
* Inspire - the Board and staff will work in partnership to energise the organisation and lead and influence the sector
