Compliments/Good Service

Complaints
In any organisation things can, and do go wrong on occasions; we are no different. But when a complaint has been made we will always endeavour to put things right, or if we cannot (for example: where things are outside our control) we will give a full explanation. You can make a complaint by telephone, letter, email or filling in our on-line Complaints Form or download our 'making a complaint' leaflet and form.
