In 2005 we completed 125 new homes and moved closer to achieving our target of 250 new homes a year.Current Schemes
Kirdford, West SussexKirdford is a small village near the Sussex/Surrey border.
This beautiful village has a range of facilities including a shop with a post office, a church and a public house.
The nearest schools are only 3kms and 6kms away and served by a school bus.
Many other facilities are available just 8 km away in Billingshurst and Petworth.
This scheme consists of eight flats and two bungalows for rent and six two-bedroom houses for shared ownership.

Rural Schemes
Hastoe builds many homes in rural areas and our locally based staff work closely with Parish Councils and local authorities to provide homes that meet local needs and help sustain village communities.
